Your personality discovery

Completed tests are saved privately with Phoenix for product development, improving animal matching and understanding result frequencies among site visitors. Records include questionnaire answers, companion preferences, optional first name, calculated trait scores, personality family, suggested and chosen animal, companion appearance and name at completion, questionnaire/scoring version, completion and upload times, and a random browser identifier. Applied trait retests are separate records linked to their earlier result. Browser identifiers are not verified people or population statistics. Test data is not sent to an AI service or displayed publicly.

Draft answers and hatchling history remain in this browser. Completed tests waiting to upload stay in a local queue; retries continue while the page is open or when you return. Older tests taken under our previous local-only notice are not uploaded unless you choose “Share my earlier test data.” We cannot recover results from a device that no longer holds them.

Tanner, the project creator, can review and export saved tests in a private dashboard. Test records are not automatically linked to email signups. Under your result’s “Saved test data” section, this browser can remove its uploaded tests using private removal references. Keep this browser’s site data to retain those controls; clearing local storage does not itself delete server records. In-progress drafts and cancelled trait retests are not uploaded.

Downloaded personality files and share cards contain the information you choose to share. Most friend invitations use a generic site link. Choosing Snapchat uploads only the animated card image, including the companion name and details visible in its preview, to an unlisted public link. Anyone with that link, including Snapchat, can view the card for seven days. Expired images are removed from storage during later card uploads; the website link continues to work. Questionnaire answers and numerical scores are not included in this upload, and personal details are not written into the link. Discord and social platforms handle shared content under their own policies.

Ideas

We store submitted titles, examples and different angles with a reference, timestamp and roadmap overlap. Tanner can review these privately. They are not posted publicly. Keep sensitive or confidential details out of suggestions.

Following the journey

Optional signups save your email address and the time you requested updates. Addresses are currently unverified; no automatic email updates are sent. Signup does not reserve a product. The private management link shown after a new signup lets you remove that record.

How submissions are handled

Submissions are stored in this website’s hosted database. Spam limits use brief hashed request identifiers that expire after roughly two hours. We do not store raw IP addresses in the project database. Public test submissions are validated and scored on the server, but are not verified identities or a representative population sample. Suggestions are checked against roadmap phrases and word overlap without sending them to an AI classifier.

Support

PayPal handles support payments under its own terms. This website does not collect card or bank details or confirm payments.

Contact and retention

Tests, ideas and interest-list records remain for project development unless removed. Uploaded test copies can be removed from the originating browser, and signups through their management link. These records are not displayed to other visitors. Snapchat cards are shared by link as described above.

A dedicated project contact address is being set up. Until then, use the test-data controls or signup management link for removal, or leave a non-confidential note through the idea form.
